I'm Harsh, and I understand the struggle of battling prediabetes firsthand. A few years ago, I faced a daunting reality: over 20 kg (44 lbs) overweight, a BMI of 30, and an HbA1c level edging into dangerous territory.

 

Beyond the physical challenges, I grappled with anxiety, sleepless nights, and a profound sense of being lost.​

Determined to reclaim my health, I embraced a holistic approach—integrating intermittent fasting, home-based workouts, and mindset shifts. In just nine months, I shed over 20 kg, normalized my blood sugar levels, and, most importantly, rediscovered my confidence and purpose.​
